Made with Australian-grown Albus lupin beans, our Tempeh is a nutrient-dense, versatile protein option that fits easily into a variety of meals. Lupin beans are a powerhouse ingredient - naturally low in carbohydrates, virtually free from unhealthy fats, and a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids.
Our Tempeh is crafted with care from start to finish. The beans are soaked, boiled, and then air-dried before incubation. Throughout the fermentation process, we carefully monitor each batch to ensure consistent quality and texture.
We also make our own spice rubs in-house, using only the finest quality primarily organic ingredients to complement the natural flavour of the Tempeh and enhance its versatility in the kitchen.
